Let’s warm up with a Midwinter Mexican Potluck Dinner

Place: Barbara’s home

Featuring a Mexican buffet provided by all of us followed with Mexican coffee, chai tea and dessert while we laugh at a hilarious movie:

MOVIE : Death at a Funeral starring Danny Glover, Chris Rock, Dan Brown and an all star line up.

When you RSVP please let us know what you’d like to bring

Here are some idea’s: (more than one person can bring the same thing)

Main Menu: Fajita’s (Beef, chicken, shrimp), sautéed onions, and peppers, Mexican Fish Taco’s, Rice and Beans, Big Salad, Chili; fixings for fajita’s (avocado, sour cream, olives, salsa)

Dessert: Mexican rice pudding, fruit (I’ll make two other deserts)

Beverages: I’ll supply, Mexican coffee (Kahlua), margarita,s coffee, tea and wine.

(If you’d like to bring another Mexican main dish and be a bit more creative, then please do --just remember to post).

I’d like to rent chairs so that we can all fit comfortably please chip in $2.00 which would help me offset the cost of renting!
