Enjoy London! Get out and see your City in the company of great friends! Perhaps you have never been to this part of London before? See a new part of London....now is your opportunity to check it out! Join us for an early afternoon stroll along the GRAND UNION CANAL . Walking is one of life's great social activities. From Queen's Park tube station we will take a leisurely freestyle afternoon stroll through QUEEN'S PARK to KENSAL GREEN and then along the Canal to LITTLE VENICE to finish at the Grand Canal Cavalcade at around 4.15pm.

Canalway Cavalcade is a distinctive waterway festival that has been taking place at Little Venice since 1983. Organised by Inland Waterways Association volunteers, there will be an array of boats, trade show stalls and boater gatherings at this festival for water lovers. As well as the boating activities, there will also be Morris dancing, competitions, food, family-friendly activities and a real ale bar, making it an enjoyable day out for families.

What if it rains? Walking events should always be fun. The walk will normally proceed with only light rain. However if the rain is heavy the walk maybe cancelled or postponed.

The Station is in West Kilburn at the southern end of Salusbury Road, near the public park from which it takes its name. The station is in Travelcard Zone 2.
