The Benefits of Coaching

What’s the deal with having a Coach? Life Coach, Career Coach, Health Coach, Money Coach, Speaking Coach, Parenting Coach, Mindset Coach. Does all this coaching really work?

It does if you commit, listen, and do the work. A Coach is very different from other people you hire in your life. You hire Plumbers, Electricians, Mechanics etc.. because you have a specific problem and they do work you don’t really understand. In the end you pay them and the “thing” works again.

Coaching is different. A Coach isn’t there for a quick fix and they typically won’t do the actual fix for you. Instead, a Coach is meant to guide you in understanding your pain points and your objectives, and then guide you in a plan of awareness and action so that you can do things you’ve never done before. Maybe that’s fixing something, yet more often than not, it involves achieving big, life-changing goals. Coaches keep us from stalling, falling into self-doubt, getting distracted, or settling for less than what we are capable of achieving. Our presenter will share the ins and outs of coaching including types of Coaches, how to choose a Coach, and how much it can cost to hire a Coach.
