In this fun, soul-centered gathering, we will explore the power of our intuition, intentions and chakras through creative expression and meditation. No prior experience is necessary to join. This workshop is open to all who are interested in expanding their spiritual foundation while creating connections with a like-minded community.
To begin, we will learn about and create our own beautiful string of Mala beads. We will explore the rich history and usefulness of the Mala, also known as a Buddhist prayer beads.
Malas have been used for centuries in meditative practices as a way to further enhance positive energy, concentration, breath, and intentions. Each participant will design their own from a beautiful selection of natural wood, crystal, and essential oil diffuser beads. Essential oils can be used to provide additional healing and calming benefits due to their natural and harmonious scents.
In addition to designing and creating our individual Malas, we will also:
Explore and infuse our Mala’s with supportive intentions, blessings and positive energy.
Enjoy a guided meditation journey
Learn how to easily incorporate the techniques and benefits of mindfulness, loving kindness and meditation into our daily lives.
Calibrate, cleanse and balance our chakras.
Enjoy open discussion, sharing, Q&A
