This group will help you make new connections and boost your overall wellbeing, while exploring interesting topics and learning ways to live your best life as your best self. During our regularly-scheduled group meetings, we connect, share, discuss topics of interest and have some fun. Group conversations, presentations, active outdoor activities and special events will cover things related to our health, wellbeing, personal development, and the common issues we deal with.

This meetup is intended for any woman or person identifying as such, who is looking to:
Connect with others in a meaningful way
• Learn some tips & tools to greater happiness & wellbeing
• Explore strategies for self-discovery, action and personal growth
• Find more time for self-care
• Have some fun with other like-minded women!
