What we're about

Come and meet others who are learning how to cultivate inner peace with in their own minds, through meditation and the practical methods of Buddha's teachings to solve their daily problems and become happier, more loving, living beings.

"Happiness is a state of mind, therefore the real source of happiness lies in the mind, not in external circumstances. If our mind is pure and peaceful we shall be happy, regardless of our external conditions, but if it is impure and unpeaceful we shall never find happiness, no matter how much we try to change our external circumstances." --Geshe Kelsang Gyatso

Meditation enables us to cultivate those states of mind that bring peace and well-being, and to become aware of and transform negative patterns of thinking that lead to problems in our daily life. Through meditation and Buddha's teachings you can learn how to improve the quality of your life by developing inner peace, love and wisdom. Everyone can benefit from these teachings and meditations, whether Buddhist or non-Buddhist, beginners to advanced practitioners. Everyone is welcome!
