Meeting Overview:
freeCodeCamp is a free online resource for learning how to program. If you're interested in learning how to make websites, mobile apps, and other computer programs come join us and get help and encouragement! The website introduces beginners to web development from HTML and JavaScript to MongoDB and unit tests. This will be an open session to work on the exercises on freeCodeCamp.org, meet others, and ask questions. This is really just an open session to bring people together to work together or separately on anything (freeCodeCamp or not) and learn and hang out.
Learn more from the official site: https://www.freecodecamp.org
You can sign up for the local Facebook group as well if you'd like: https://www.facebook.com/groups/free.code.camp.kalispell.mt/
If you're new to programming and have questions this is also just an open session to have those answered. So bring whatever projects you have going on. If you're an experienced developer you can help answer questions or bring some of your own! If we don't have a good answer we'll certainly help you search.
Bring your laptops, projects, questions, and curious minds.
