There and back again: the quest to increase organizational maturity

About the Talk
I have applied the Kanban Maturity Model for more than two years now with different clients. In this talk, I will briefly summarize the model and reflect on its role as a coaching tool from a consultant’s perspective. I will also share one example from my practical application of the model in working with a client, a global logistics enterprise: How was the model applied in practical terms, which impact did it have on the service and how organizational constraints impact maturity.

About the Speaker
Andreas Bartel is an Accredited Kanban Consultant and Trainer, running a small consulting family business, together with his wife Susanne Bartel at flow.hamburg. Andreas has begun his professional career at Sun Microsystems, pushing the level of User Experience of office productivity software to new levels, be it the desktop, web or mobile. Later on, his love for great software products has changed into a passion for guiding organizations to reliably deliver well-fitted products and services in a sustainable and humane manner.
