Today you hear about leadership from any corner. Only the audience of kindergarten is not interested in organizational changes (and that is not certain).

The topic of my talk could easily have won the popular office game “Bullshit bingo”.

"No organization can organize at a higher stage of development than the consciousness of its leadership." Many have heard this idea. What about organizational change and what kind of leadership is required... Can an old dog be taught new tricks? Is it possible to build a modern organization on the old "engine" of leadership thinking?
I will share my observations of leadership in the context of the Kanban method and share some ideas and my experience on how and what to do about it.
