Welcome to the Deal Maker Sessions™
Finally! Your search is over for finding true wholesale real estate deals! What we do is simple. At least once a month we provide a location to present wholesale real estate deals to each other. That's it! No seminars, guru's, books and tapes, or hidden agendas. Each session starts with a quick presentation on the rules of the meeting, and then the first presentation begins.
If you have a deal to present, here's what we ask:
- 5 Minutes to show your deal
- SF Homes ONLY
- No MLS listings (Brokers can preview for their clients)
- FRESH, never before seen deals ONLY!
- Non-MLS Wholesale deals presented by Brokers representing disclosed principals.
- Wholesale deals where the wholesaler holds title to the property
- Wholesale contract assignment deals, so long as they comply with applicable legal requirements
- NO Mobile Homes, NO Land, NO Commercial Deals, NO Option Contracts, NO "Subject To" deals... you get the point.
- There is no bidding and this is NOT an auction.
Please have brochures to share, with:
- Address
- Pictures
- Asking price
- Repairs
- Comparable Sales (3)
- Details
- Terms
- Bring a thumb drive and we will project your pictures and details

There are no fees or memberships to participate. Just show up and watch the deals being presented, or present your own wholesale deal to the group!
