Learn about dbplot and shapefiles

Janae will talk about dbplot, an R package for plotting big data using spark. Steve will talk about shapefiles and the sf package with an example of measuring the fractal dimension of Congressional districts. Earl Glynn was originally going to talk at this meeting, but we've had to move his talk to August.
