Let's get to a closing!
How many of you out there are looking to close something by the end of the year? Which is not that far off! Or at least having something under contract to close on in the near future?
We will go through the 5 steps to getting a property and getting your offer accepted and then closing on the deal.
Sometimes we just need a little direction to get where we want to go.
Plus we are going to have a little Holiday swag bag for everyone who attends. Our way of saying Thank-you for being part of the group!

As always, bring your deals, business cards and anyone you feel that could benefit from the meeting.
