Data Science from Scratch - Ch 1-4 (Tentative)

We will be reading and working through the second edition of 'Data Science from Scratch' by Joel Grus which will not be available until May 13, 2019 (cf. Amazon link: https://www.amazon.com/Data-Science-Scratch-Principles-Python/dp/1492041130). If you don't have first edition, we suggest waiting to obtain the second edition.

The code will be in Python 3.6 or so (depending on the book), so we can start reviewing Python and the book's general format. We intend this to be a facilitated reading group, rather than a lecture series, so folks will be generally expected to read ahead and try the exercises for later sessions.
