Paddle to Passage and Egmont Key

Details
Let’s try this again. We’ll start a little earlier. Be ready to launch by 8:00 a.m. Bring snack/lunch, sun screen, hat, plenty of H2O, lunch, an anchor if you have one, and snorkel gear if you wish. Also a kayak dolly would be handy for launching.
This paddle is ONLY for experienced, strong paddlers who have paddled on open water, can contend with big boat wakes and strong currents.
Round trip is about 10 miles. We’ll paddle to the Tampa Bay side of Passage Key. Take a little break and check it out. Then on across the channel to Egmont. Paddle around and explore the submerged fort. Anchor/tie up boats to walk the beach, swim, snorkel, have lunch or snack on Egmont. Then we’ll paddle back, hopefully on the Gulf side of Passage Key.
Maybe gather at the Rod and Reel afterwards.
