Indoor Bootcamp Training Overview:

Kenny King Fitness Bootcamp consists of four in-person 30-minute boot camp sessions with one online workout provided weekly through the Trainerize app. Kenny King Fitness believes in results, therefore all boot camp participants are guided through monthly fitness tests and progress check-ins to see their growth. What Do You Get?

- Four in-person boot camp sessions weekly

- One online workout through the Trainerize App weekly

- Nutrition advice and guidance

- Monthly fitness test

- Monthly weigh-in and measurement progress report

What Days?

KKF Bootcamps are available in-person Monday through Thursday. Online workouts can be completed at your leisure.

What Time?

There are two class times.

Class one: 5:35 PM

Class two: 6:15 PM

How Much:

The first two weeks will be FREE!!

Unlimited boot camp (20 sessions/month) for $150.00 per month. That’s less than $10 per session! This fee includes all items listed above.

Workout Description:

All workouts will be customized to accommodate all fitness levels from beginner to advance and will focus on toning the body, improving overall strength and cardiovascular endurance.
