Are you interested in learning about public speaking, active listening, communication and leadership skills? Would you like feedback about your speaking skills? Are you going to give a business presentation, lead a seminar/workshop, or would like to work on your confidence? Join Kent Evening Toastmasters for a Toastmasters club meeting and begin to discover all the ways you can benefit personally and professionally by participating in the Toastmasters program.

Toastmasters will help you to:

*Think quickly and clearly.
* Become a strong leader.
* Listen effectively.

You will learn these skills, and more, in a supportive, self-paced, fun atmosphere.

Our Toastmaster for this club meeting will be Kent Evening Toastmaster's president, Mike Christensen. The Toastmaster is like the emcee of the meeting, and keeps the flow of the agenda on track. If you are wondering how the Toastmasters education program can assist you with your communication and leadership skills, join us for club meeting to learn more! ### We meet every Wednesday night from 7:00 to 8:30 at Centennial Center, located at 400 W Gowe St, Kent, WA 98032. Please enter the building at the southern entrance, which is nearest the parking garage. There will be signs directing you to the correct entrance and meeting room. Please come join us to learn more about Toastmasters, a global communication and leadership program. There is ample parking in the Centennial Center lot and parking garage. Follow the A Board and signage to the meeting room. Our club members are working on a variety of projects within the Toastmasters program, from the beginning Ice Breaker speech to advanced projects. Toastmasters is a learning-lab environment where each person brings unique skills, interests and topics to meetings. We work together to move toward a common goal: to improve our communication and leadership skills.
