Kent Outdoor Explorers is a well established walking group based out of Canterbury, Kent. We have been walking together for 3 years and in that time we have grown to be a friendly, welcoming and fun group of like minded walkers. We are a group of 3,000+ people with the common interest of exploring Kent's footpaths.
Our walks vary starting from short introductory walks which are aimed at people new to walking, or those that would like to test out the group and see if it is for them. These walks are 3-5 miles in length and are walked at a relaxed pace with opportunities to stop and take photos and learn about points of interest along the way.
Our medium to long walks vary from 5-12 miles and involve exploring the countryside in more detail. These walks are still walked at a relaxed pace with stops for water, photos, lunch and viewpoints.
There are also day trip walks that include a visit along the way. For example our Wine tasting walk, Cider festival walk or village fair walk.
