The Kent Umbraco Meetup Returns!

Details
We're back!
Please join us in-person (yes, face to face!) for an evening of talks, drinks, food and lots of Umbraco related chat and fun. This is your chance to catch up on the latest news, watch some excellent talks and mingle with old and new friends.
Whether you are an Umbraco novice or a seasoned developer, this is your chance to meet like-minded people to talk about our favourite friendly CMS! No matter what your role is there will be something to learn and your chance to meet other members of the Umbraco community from Kent and the surrounding areas.
If you've attended before, please bear in mind the new location and evening. We are going to aim to meet every other month and alternate between Tunbridge Wells and Canterbury to allow people from all over Kent to get the chance to attend.
We have two Umbraco stars giving talks for us this time!
Matt Brailsford - Rapid Umbraco Integrations with Konstrukt
Umbraco isn't just a CMS, it's a platform with a world of packages available to extend it's functionality in many different ways. But what do you do when you need to extend it to managed your own custom data structures? It's a big leap going from defining doc types for your content model in the back office to then having to code entire sections, trees and editors just to manage a simple database table.
Thankfully there is now a simpler solution, Konstrukt. In this presentation I'll show how easy it is to create seamless integrations with your own data models using Konstrukt, using nothing more than a few lines of configuration code. Once you see how quickly you can build a custom back office UI using Konstrukt, you'll never want to develop a custom section by hand again (edited)
Callum Whyte - Migrating packages to V9 / .NET 5
Callum will share his experience of migrating his packages to Umbraco 9 and .NET 5, discussing the 3 major approaches plus some of the bigger changes he encountered. We'll take a little look at the difference in project structure and changes to tooling. Even if you're not a package developer, these tips are bound to help with any V9 migration journey
We would love to see you there!
Please note - there is no onsite parking available at Yoyo Design so you will either need to park in one of the public car parks in the town centre which is a short walk away or park on-road nearby (please check for parking restrictions).
