This month we’ve got two speakers: Andy Huggins, and Warren Myers.

Andy will give our first talk: an Overview of the Growing the Laravel Ecosystem. What the tools are, what they do, and how they work together to make your life as a PHP developer better?

Warren will be doing our second session: Embracing the Change Freeze; or What to do when you don't know what to do. He'll talk about ways to to work productive when you can't "do" anything on a project. Inspired by The Phoenix Project, and drawn from years of disparate customer environment experiences, this talk will cover the types of things you can do when you'd otherwise just be reading Reddit, playing Angry Birds, or mindlessly clicking through Wikipedia.
