This is a group for anyone interested in improving their health, losing weight, learning about nutrition, and learning about the ketogenic diet.
More than 30 million people have done the Atkins diet, a low carb diet, for weight loss. Now, even more, people are turning to the ketogenic diet, which follows the same principle as Atkins.
As a nutritionist, I am a big fan of ketogenic/low carb diet, not only for weight loss but for the health benefits as well. The concern is, everyone can follow any diet for a period of time to achieve the results they want, and when that happens the majority of people go back to the same diet/lifestyle as before and most likely gain the weight back.
This group was created to share nutritional knowledge and to help people create a healthy lifestyle that is sustainable and easy to follow for a longer period of time. Come get support from liked minded people, learn more about the diet, taste some delicious food!
