What we're about

The King City Camera Club was organized in January 1966, to bring together interested photographers who wanted to broaden their knowledge and improve techniques while pursuing this enjoyable hobby. That purpose continues with a membership whose skill levels range from novice to expert.

One monthly meeting focuses on competition, the second meeting is dedicated to special programs or guest speakers and the third is generally an informal "show & share" session where we show off our equipment, share our photographs or discuss anything related to photography.

KCCC is an active member of the Columbia Council of Camera Clubs, and the Photographic Society of America, thus benefiting from the many programs that those organizations provide, as well as allowing individual members to participate in the slide and print competitions at the regional level if they desire to do so.

King City Camera Club invites you to visit us on the 2nd, 3rd or 4th Monday from September to May.

We will also be having scheduled group shoots and training events throughout the year outside of the normal meeting times and will be open to everyone. Club membership requires a modest annual fee if you'd like to enter the competitions. This helps cover the cost of mailing prints and presenters.:
King City resident $15/person, $25/family
Others $30/person, $50/family
No charge for visitors.
