Mt Woodson Training Run

Please join us Sunday morning for a 7 mile run from lake Poway up to Mt Woodson. Some of us will be adding some extra miles going down and up the backside. We will meet at the upper restrooms by the trail head at Lake Poway. Please bring plenty of water as it gets extremely hot out there. We will meet as a group; however, everyone will be running at their own pace. Hope to see you there.
