What we're about

The universe is made of sound vibration and our bodies are the perfect resonators for healing, manifesting, and directing the flow of energy for the good of all beings.

Dedicated to a harmonious lifestyle, this group is for you if you love to chant, sing, play music, meditate, or dance!

If you want a way to meditate using sound and silence, movement and stillness, community and self-reflection. If you want to deepen your yoga experience, spiritual connectedness, or mental clarity, join us.

We participate in kirtan, sound healing, gong baths, meditation, music, conscious dance events and more around Chicagoland with fierce joy, peace, and love in our hearts.

You're invited to explore vibrational healing at its best in the Midwest!

This group functions more as a message board for events and so we depend on YOU to share what's happening around the community. Know about an event that should be featured here? Post it!

Namaste.

HEALING CLINIC | Crystal Bowls + Acupuncture, Venus Sabay & Carrie Sesterhenn

Enjoy a deeply relaxing crystal bowl meditation while three acupuncture points will be activated for the Spring season. Join our resident healers, sound healer, Venus Sabay and acupuncturist Carrie Sesterhenn, for another workshop that will take healing to a whole new level. The insertion and stimulation of needles increases blood flow to promote healing, releases endorphins, decreases the sympathetic nervous system activity (fight or flight response), activates the parasympathetic nervous system (rest and digest response), and relaxes overly tight musculature. Quartz crystal has the ability to interact and align with the body’s very own crystalline properties. From the bones, connective tissue, blood, and DNA, these intricate structures are crystalline in nature, receiving and transmitting electrical currents throughout the body. The pure tones of the crystal bowls encourage cellular harmony, facilitating a healing response within the body. While clearing and balancing the human energy field, the high frequency vibrations will create a more optimistic state of mind and wellbeing. Meditation can be done lying down or sitting up.
