What we're about

Volunteer with us to make a difference, one child and one community at a time.

We're not your traditional Kiwanis volunteer club: each month our club plans events for an hour, socializes for two hours, and volunteers in the community for three hours - a "3-2-1 club". We meet the first Sunday of every month (except April 1st) at 6 pm at Mom's Place, 650 N Dearborn, in the back 'Piano Room'. We are young professionals usually age 18-40 with a passion for leadership, fellowship, and service by making the world a better place. And we need your help! Join us at one of our events posted here, Facebook, or through email, or ask us how to formally join the club to enjoy more benefits of being a member of Kiwanis International.

Kiwanis International is a global organization dedicated to changing the world one child and one community at a time. This global organization of members is dedicated to serving the children of the world. Kiwanis and its family of clubs— more than 660,000 members strong—annually raise more than US$100 million and dedicate more than 18.5 million volunteer hours to strengthen communities and serve children. Members of every age attend regular meetings, experience fellowship, raise funds for various causes and participate in service projects that help their communities. Members also make an impact throughout the world by participating in Kiwanis International’s Global Campaign for Children, The Eliminate Project: Kiwanis eliminating maternal and neonatal tetanus. Our club is a part of Division 1 in the district of Illinois-Eastern Iowa in Region 1 (United States and Pacific Canada) of Kiwanis International.
