Or perhaps your business is up and running but you are now feeling a bit chaotic? Constantly rewriting your business plan.

At the #GrowthHack workshop you will learn how to define/review your business model and gear up for success.

A business model is a map for your business. It defines:

Your offering - What customer problem or challenge do you solve?
Your market - Who’s your target customer? How will you reach, acquire, and keep customers?
How you will deliver the product or service? – processes and systems you need to support the business model
How you will make money?
The suppliers/partnerships you need in your business?
What roles you need in your business and how to recruit a team?
How you can raise capital or apply for funding?

After this session you know how to plan for success. We will have a segment on compliance, so you understand how it impacts your business.
