SPEAKER:
Jubilee Jackson is a consultant at Enterprise Knowledge. At EK, Jubilee has architected a strategic change approach that supports organizational priorities and knowledge management working in tandem.
Before coming to Enterprise Knowledge, Jubilee worked as an internal consultant for a federal agency, developing an L&D strategy that drove new behavior and attitudes as well methodology to measure the adoption of those behaviors and attitudes. At that agency, she also was part of a team that developed a novel KM initiative that specifically focused on comprehensive leadership development.
Additionally, Jubilee has also worked with small entrepreneurial organizations to define mission and focus on work of the highest impact. Jubilee enjoys working within complex systems to drive intentional change. She also enjoys blending Design Thinking, Liberating Structures and Learning Organization principles into her work with clients.
Her educational background includes a Master of Science in Organization Development and Knowledge Management from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Social Work from University of Maryland, Baltimore County. Jubilee is also a Kirkpatrick Certified Professional.
