KMCDC/EK WINE & DESIGN: CAPTURE KNOWLEDGE USING FAST LEARNING TECHNIQUES

Details
Come to our second inspired evening gathering to network with KM leaders, embark on meaningful discussions, and engage in an interactive hands-on KM strategy exercise designed to take theory to practicality.
There are three Fast Learning techniques for learning before, learning during, and learning after work is completed. Our focus will be on the Action Review – Learning During.
Action Review
The Action Review is a technique designed to help groups and teams team learn while doing. It is a quick and simple facilitated or unfacilitated discussion held immediately after the completion of a task, milestone or phase of work. An Action Review requires as little as 15 minutes and can aid in quickly identifying lessons for both the team and individuals. They can then incorporate these lessons into the workflow during the very next execution of the same task. Action Reviews build trust and confidence among team members and help to deliver desired project outcomes.
