Join us for an interactive Wine & Design workshop on building a culture of knowledge sharing. In this engaging session, you can expect to leave with the ability to:
•Describe a knowledge sharing culture;
•Articulate why a knowledge sharing culture is valuable;
•Identify factors that enable a knowledge sharing culture; and,
•Implement approaches and practices in your organization to drive a knowledge sharing culture.
SPEAKER BIOS:
Sarah Tondorf is a management consultant at Guidehouse with specialties in learning and development and process improvement. She is certified in Change Management and Knowledge Management and earned her Masters in Human and Organizational Learning / Human Resource Development from GW, and her Bachelors from the University of Richmond. Sarah has enjoyed working with clients in the fields of safe drug administration, medical research, and federal grants to help them identify challenges and develop corresponding solutions to improve efficiency, communications, and learning opportunities.
Kristina Nardi is an organizational development practitioner at Guidehouse. She has over 10 years of experience delivering human capital services, the majority of which she has spent helping clients solve their most challenging organizational issues. Kristina is passionate about helping organizations and people thrive. She holds a Masters of Science in Organizational Development and Knowledge Management from George Mason University, is certified in facilitation, and earned her Bachelor of Arts from the Catholic University of America.
