KMCDC/EK KM Wine & Design: USING STORYTELLING TO CAPTURE CRITICAL KNOWLEDGE

Details

This interactive workshop offers participants strategies and ideas to use storytelling as a tool to identify, capture and share critical knowledge in an organization. Through a series of discussions and activities attendees work through the concepts of storytelling and critical knowledge; they learn how to conduct a storytelling gap analysis and how to practice active storytelling listening to find the right stories to share.

Other activities include learning how to conduct a storytelling interview to elicit critical knowledge, and ways to connect and infuse that critical knowledge into the day-to-day workflow.

The workshop concludes with storytelling coaching tips to help participants reinvigorate their own storytelling initiatives.
