Knoxville Toastmasters Meetup

Toastmasters is a non-profit that teaches communications and leadership skills in a non-threatening environment. We would love to have you visit!

This Toastmaster Club is an early morning, mid-week opportunity to gain valuable communication and leadership skills while networking with some fabulous people. We meet in a hybrid format: in person upstairs at Vienna Coffee, 212 College St. Maryville, TN, and on Zoom. We will send the Zoom link after you register as a guest.

Toastmasters International is the world leader in communications training and leadership development. It is a non-profit, secular educational organization. You will find that Toastmasters provides a comfortable and friendly environment in which our members develop their communications and leadership skills, which ensures self-confidence and personal growth. Its learn-by-practice program is self-paced. You will learn by doing and from examples and feedback from other members. The members of Toastmasters are a diverse group of individuals from all walks of life and varying levels of experience.

The Toastmasters International education program is uniquely catered to your specific needs with core competencies in public speaking, interpersonal communication, strategic leadership, management, and confidence, there are ten specific paths to personalize your journey including: Dynamic Leadership, Effective Coaching, Innovative Planning, Leadership Development, Motivational Strategies, Persuasive Influence, Presentation Mastery, Strategic Relationships, Team Collaboration, and Visionary Communication.

We meet every Thursday at Middlebrook Pike United Methodist Church, 7234 Middlebrook Pike, Knoxville, TN 37909 (Room 30, Below Sanctuary)
