Speaker Bios
Thijs Schreijer has been working in IT for almost 25 years. He had many different roles from management consultant to service manager to software engineer, in just as many disciplines, infrastructure, outsourcing, testing and software development. He joined the startup Kong Inc in 2015 and is currently holding the position of Solutions Architect in the Office of the CTO at Kong Inc where he helps clients in making the transition to microservices.
Aapo Talvensaari is an experienced developer with a genuine interest in all (software) technologies. Ever evolving web and mobile technologies have been his passion from the start of his career (some twenty years ago). He joined Kong Inc in 2017 as a member of the core engineering team that delivers the open source Kong Community Edition. As a developer of Kong OpenID Connect plugin (Enterprise Edition), he is often sourced to share his knowledge on integrating Kong with 3rd party identity management solutions. He regularly contributes to OpenResty project.
Lauri Nevala is a co-founder and cloud architect at Kontena, Inc. He is a happy Ruby developer and devops guy and wants to maximize (other) developers' happiness by building Kontena’s solid and robust tools for container infrastructure automation
