Kotlin Budapest meetup - November

Details

Details
Join us in the Workshop room of Millenáris Startup Campus for our next Kotlin Budapest meetup! This month, we're all about Multiplatform. We'll explore how to share codebase between Android and iOS apps, how to create libraries that support MP, and what are be the pitfalls and intricacies of going Multiplatform.

Also an important update: our talks will be in English, everyone is welcome!

Our lineup:

• Adrián Bukros: Kotlin Multiplatform for Android and iOS

In this presentation Adrian is going to guide you through a working example (with networking and JSON parsing) where you can share your business logic between Android and iOS with the help of Kotlin Multiplatform.

• Ádám Arold: Tips for writing Kotlin libraries

In this talk we'll explore some of the minor but significant intricacies of developing libraries for Kotlin, including multiplatform projects.

Schedule:

Doors open at 18.30, and we'll start the presentations at 19.00
After the talks, we can stay at the MSC to chat until about 22.00

Ps.:
We are looking for more teams/people to share their experiences around Kotlin, so if you would like to speak at the next event, please contact us via this form (https://goo.gl/forms/xHWKqQBKHBpJTR1C3), at the event, or in the Kotlin Budapest Facebook group.
