What we're about
Those interested in a simple way to start the day with a meditation practice that aligns the spine to mind. With a simple tuning in and brain stem (neck) and tailbone (hip) movement that you can do on your own, followed with one meridian line movement closing with a meditation. Each session is 45 -55 min.
Days will be Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:30 to 10:30 am
First few session are encouraged to be face to face, yet not limited to this, then Skype sessions are available.
There is no cost to this, yet donations are encouraged.
