What we're about

Join Kundalini Yoga teachers, Joanne & Alan for a special meditation class on the 2nd Wednesday of every month that uses breath, mantra, mudras, and eye focus to become fully present. We'll offer breathing exercises, warm-ups and a short Kriya to open, stretch, and prepare the body for a 31-minute meditation. We’ll end with a blissful live gong deep relaxation. This is a donation based class and all levels are welcome.
