This group is for anyone open to exploring the countless benefits of Kundalini Yoga.
Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan® is an exquisite technology which develops the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual fitness required to navigate the challenging waters of our time. Our access to information must be met with discernment, intuition and focus, so we that we can grasp the importance of the information we absorb and fully appreciate what to do with it.
The guidance, endurance and grace we need to effectively meet the rapid changes around us emerge organically through the practice of Kundalini Yoga. The nervous system is strengthened, the glands come into balance, intuition awakens, and the mind aligns with spirit.
Kundalini Yoga consists of postures (asanas) with special breathing (pranayama), hand and finger gestures (mudras), body locks (bhandas), chanting mantras and meditation.
There are no levels in this school of yoga. All are welcome.
