Hosted by Ashley Jones, Ashley is a compassionate and intuitive teacher with over 10 yrs experience to share. Sessions are dynamic, friendly, fun and delivered with a down to earth approach. Ashley is also a life coach and thrives on creating the space for expansion and growth both on and off the mat. She believes there is a way through every perceived obstacle or block and encourages her students to tap into their full potential. (

What we're about

Kundalini yoga, also known as the yoga of awareness is a technology which combines specific combinations of asanas (posture), pranayam (breathing), mantra (recitation) to create an experience that is more than body or mind.

We are a collective of yogis and yoginis who have completed extensive training with the international school of kundalini yoga (I-SKY) under the guidance of Guru Dharam Singh Khalsa and Darryl O'Keefe. For each of us our lives have in some way been transformed through the practice of kundalini yoga and meditation and now we want to share this practice with you!

The purpose of this meet up group is to build a patchwork yoga studio offering Kundalini yoga and meditation classes, as taught by Yogi Bhajan, in various locations around London and Hastings.

We invite qualified kundalini yoga teachers from all schools interested in contributing to our online sangat to contact us, to share yours skills, classes and light! If you'd like to take an active role within our teaching collective please get in contact.
