Kundalini Yoga is a dynamic and powerful practice which combines asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), meditation and sound (mantra), incorporating all the physical, mental and spiritual aspects of yoga to create one integrated and cohesive system.

Kundalini Yoga teaches the art of self-healing, elevation and relaxation enabling one to live a life of positivity, endurance and courage. It is a practice which is both fun and transformational.

Kundalini Yoga is for everyone - of any age, any flexibility, and so is suitable for complete beginners.
