Electronics Forum: IR detector modules

Kzoo Makers

$10.00

This month we will explore the use of IR detector modules. In their simplest form they can turn on an LED or activate a relay when they detect a signal from an IR remote. But, add an arduino to the mix and they are the basis for remote controlling your project. We will also have time to discuss other electronics questions you may have. Participants will receive an IR detector module. Bring an IR remote to experiment with. Limited to 8 participants. Workshop is $5 for KMS members, $10 for non-members.
