He has also lead Growth and Performance Marketing initiatives at a number of Digital Media companies, including TAPP Media, Warner Bros., and Maker Studios. He earned his MBA at USC Marshall, focusing on the future of Media, Entertainment, and Marketing. Prior to that, he worked at JetBlue Airways and Kenneth Cole in Finance and Consulting roles. (Panelist) Danny Fishman, Partner, Chameleon Collective An authority in the converging media space, Danny Fishman is known and respected for his accomplishments in the entertainment, media, advertising & marketing, digital, and technology industries. For the past two decades Fishman has been a highly successful serial entrepreneur, leading multiple companies to exponential revenue growth, category dominance, and financially lucrative exits. Fishman has developed, produced, marketed, and sold a variety of high profile, multiple-seasons digital original program series that have been recognized with many prestigious awards including multiple Webby’s and the NATPE Digital Luminary Award. Over the course of his career Fishman’s accomplishments have been highly decorated, including being named one of iMedia's 25 Internet Marketing Leaders and Innovators of 2013. Fishman also serves on a variety of corporate advisory boards. Danny holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Wisconsin, a Juris Doctorate Degree from the John Marshall Law School, and is licensed to practice law in both California and Illinois. (Panelist) Dayna Moon, VP, Revenue & Client Services, MetaX Dayna Moon, a 15-year digital marketing veteran, oversees operations and client relationships at MetaX. Her dense adtech background has strengthened her role within product strategy and direction. Moon believes that blockchain is necessary to improve existing adtech infrastructure and ensure that marketers can fulfill their goals with confidence. Prior to MetaX, Moon served as head of partnerships, data and programmatic solutions, and has held several international marketing roles for companies such as Aol (Oath) followed by similar roles with agencies such as 3Q Digital in San Francisco and Responsemine out of Atlanta. (Panelist) Nikao Yang, Chief Operating Officer, Lucidity Nikao Yang is COO at Lucidity, responsible for driving all aspects of the company’s operations. Prior to Lucidity, Nikao co-founded AdColony, a mobile video advertising company, which was sold for $350 million to Opera Software in 2014. At AdColony, Nikao led teams responsible for business development, marketing, sales and operations from launch through the company’s acquisition and integration into Opera. Prior to AdColony, he held marketing and strategy roles at Toyota Motor Sales, Del Monte Foods and the Walt Disney Company. Nikao received his MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and BA from UCLA where he graduated with honors.
