Live Virtual Training

Scaled Agile, Inc. unveiled SAFe® 4.0 for Lean Software and Systems Engineering in January 2016. The new release features refinements to Framework elements and new content that helps guide organizations around value delivery, systems that include hardware and software and more. The new Framework integrates Lean-Agile software development with lean systems engineering practices, providing a common way of working across the two disciplines, and bringing the benefits of both to the larger enterprise.

In this webinar, Dean Leffingwell, SAI co-founder and Chief Methodologist, will discuss how SAFe 4.0 helps organizations improve development, coordination, and delivery of large value streams.

We will address:
• What it means to embrace and apply Lean-Agile principles
• Building incrementally to accelerate value delivery
• Taking an economic view
• Organizing around the Portfolio level
• Taking a systems view
and more!
