• Alset Social: Find Gig Solutions to Your Challenges with LEGO® Play

Gathering all our community workers, including freelancers, contractors, gigglers, full time or part time workers, etc., together to develop innovative and practical solutions to address 21st century gig economy challenges. This kind of facilitation is usually ran at an enterprise and corporate level, but Alset and Worksmart are combining efforts to bring community knowledge and this type of working session to you. If you are making changes to your career, pivoting the kind of work you are currently doing, starting over, or just looking to connect with other hard workers who hustle for a living. Then you've found your tribe. Join us February 9, Sunday, from 11:00 AM too 1:00 PM at Indigo House Cafe for some introductions, a creative session using LEGO® bricks with the help of collective knowledge from the community to come up with solutions for your gig challenges, and a little mixer at the end. The trend toward a gig economy has begun as a study by Intuit predicted that by 2020, 40% of American workers would be independent contractors. Over the next five years, 52% of the U.S. adult workforce will either be working or will have worked as an independent contributor. So whether you are a giggler now or in the future, this Alset Social is design to be a fun network event. If you have any questions, please email me at [masked].
