Fireside Chat with Scott Lamb, VP of International at BuzzFeed

Details
How did BuzzFeed go from being a goofy user-generated link-sharing site to a $46.3 million dollar venture-backed viral powerhouse that attracts more than 130 million unique visitors per month? Find out from one of the original BuzzFeed employees and current VP of International, Scott Lamb.
Lamb joined BuzzFeed as employee #5 in 2007 as a senior editor, became managing editor in 2009, and was promoted to editorial director in 2012, where he created the Web's most engaging and shareable content. His focus and expertise is in engaging readers and creating content people share. In recent years he's grown the company’s presence by launching a new team in Los Angeles, and, most recently, a UK-version of the website in London. Scott is the originator of the popular Disaster Girl meme and in 2011, Gizmodo named him one of the Internet's "Most Viral People."
