This ceremony is timed with the new moon in Gemini and will be focused on tuning into your personal truth. We are so inundated with other people's opinions and views all the time, it can be hard to know what we think, let alone how to parse out the competing voices within ourselves.

Our group discussion will be on how we define "truth" and the roles of the mind, body, heart, and gut in making decisions.

Then, I'll guide the group through an exercise that uses cacao to tune into what you believe amid the cacophony of voices in your head and around you. You'll need a pen and paper for this.

You'll need to supply your own cacao this time. I get mine off Firefly (ceremonial-cacao.com). They send you the wafers and you just put a handful in a mug, boil water, pour it over them, and stir. (I'm weird in this regard, but I also sometimes just eat them.) Honestly, though, even just a chocolate bar will do — purer is better, but what matters is the intention.
