Hope you're doing fine. I was in Seattle to celebrate my birthday with my sons. I just got back to LA in time for the German wine and sausage tasting tonight! :-)

Regarding the parking situation, Darlene sent me the following information:

"55 Degree Wine shares a small parking lot with other businesses, so sometimes it's difficult finding a spot. They are also very tight spots! There's plenty of street parking on Glenfeliz Blvd. Going south, it's the first street past the parking lot.

Hi everyone,

Can't believe it's November already! Hope you're doing fine.

This is the seventh meetup in the series called "Support Our Members" to give our support to what the members are doing, and this time it's Wendy who's originally from Europe and working at this famous wine shop/bar in Atwater Village near Los Feliz.

She's organizing a wonderful event on the night of Nov. 8th from 6 to 10pm serving 7 fantastic German wines and sausages for $20.

Sounds fantastic! I love Riesling and Gewurztraminer, so I'm very excited (and celebrate Mein Geburtstag am 7. Nov. with good wines and food! lol)

Wendy will be there for the whole event, and I'll try to be there by 6:30pm and stay until around 9pm.
