Trying to land your development dream job, but are either afraid of or feel you are not strong enough for the coding interviews? Or maybe you are technically strong and have tried multiple times but still not able to crack the interviews. Well, here is the good news - you are not alone. These technical interviews are very confusing and are based on not just your technical abilities but also quite a few soft skills.

Having someone guide you through this process of unknown can certainly give you the confidence & the practice you need. In this session, Abhishek Jain, Senior Software Developer and mentor will dissect the interview process and give you a full understanding of how it works and what employers are looking for. He will be discussing some frequently asked questions, how to answer them, some common pitfalls to avoid and how to prepare efficiently for the interviews.

The art of cracking interviews is somewhat different from and engineer’s day to day work and needs a special attention to be mastered. Learning this skill is even more important for people in the LA area as more and more tech companies are coming to the Silicon Beach. Furthermore, learning this skill can help you achieve your dream job and dream pay.
