Hi everyone! My name is Dan and I am the new organizer of this meetup. I am partnering with my friend Natasha to breathe some life into this group and create a community that people will want to be a part of.
A little about me: I am a former Tier 3 Equinox trainer with 14 years of workout experience. I specialize in posture, injuries, building muscle, core stability, and athletic development.
Natasha is a current Tier 3+ Equinox trainer with many years of training experience and a specialty in nutrition, weight loss, booty building, and lifestyle development.
In our classes, you will be in great hands.
They are also going to be FREE!! Communites of empowerment are created by giving, and we want to empower you with the knowledge to live your healthiest life possible!
We will be creating meetups within the next 2 weeks as we talk to you to discuss ideas and see how we can improve the meetup quality and experience. Some ideas we have right now are acro yoga, beach workouts, and volleyball.

We are creating the Healthy Active Lifestyle Movement in San Pedro on a Friday night! This is going to be Epic and Legendary!
This group is intended to run a 5K along the beautiful Harbor in San Pedro. This will help everyone build up their endurance along with meeting new friends who love to live the healthy active lifestyle and still have a lot of fun on a Friday night!
There are 3 main groups to this event:
1. The Runners- who run the whole way through with fast speed
2. The Joggers- who run the whole way through with moderate speed
3. The Walkers/Joggers- who job and walk through with moderate speed.
This event is for beginners and advanced runners. So don't be shy! Come have fun with us! Let's Party it up!
We meet every Friday at 8:15pm and start right on time at 8:30pm.
