LA/SoCal Cloud Security Alliance (CSA) Chapter Meeting

Come and join us as at your local chapter of the Cloud Security Alliance. Please RSVP in advance. We must have the names of all attendees by 3pm the day before the meeting. With that in mind, RSVP "YES" and change it later if required.

Subject: Bitglass is a venture capital backed start-up aiming to do to the Firewall what Salesforce.com did to CRM and cloud computing. With two tectonic shifts underway - Cloud computing & BYOD - a blind spot for visibility and control for corporate data has emerged. Bitglass provides unprecedented visibility and control of corporate data outside the firewall without the need for an end point agent/client and without capturing any personal data.

Speaker: Mike Leigh, Vice President of Sales.
Mike is responsible for driving Bitglass’s global revenue growth and sales operations. Prior to joining Bitglass, Mike was Director of Sales at MobileIron joining the company as the 20th employee, initial hire in the Sales department and helping drive revenue from $0 to over $100M in 4 years. Prior to MobileIron, Mike was the initial hire in sales at venture backed companies ConSentry Networks and VINA Technologies. VINA had a successful IPO in 2001. Earlier in his career Mike sold semiconductors for Arrow Electronics and Marshall Industries.

Parking:
Visitor parking is available on site on parking level 1. Look for the signs that say "Visitor Parking." Bring your ticket with you so we can validate it before you leave. Entrance to the parking complex is available through the Cloverfield Boulevard entrance. Once you park, take the elevator from the yellow colored elevator bank up to the 1st floor. Walk to the security desk and tell them you are here for a the Cloud Security Alliance meeting at Cornerstone onDemand. Please bring a picture ID with you.

The CSA meets 10 times a year and we do not have meetings in July or December
