LA/SoCal CSA - E-Discovery/Forensics in the Cloud Part 2 of 2

Come and join us as we kick off the second part in a series of talks on e-Discovery and Forensics in the Cloud at the local chapter of the Cloud Security Alliance.

Tom Barnett, Managing Director and e-Discovery Practice Leader at Stroz Friedberg will provide an overview of how the litigation landscape has changed as the result of cloud services.

Tom guides Stroz Friedberg's strategic direction and thought leadership in e-Discovery technology, services andprocesses. He also advises companies and law firms as a consulting and testifying expert on allaspects of information, data and records management and discovery in litigation and enforcementmatters.

Previously Mr. Barnett led the Global Consulting Practice at Iron Mountain. He served as Special Counsel in the litigation department of Sullivan & Cromwell where he founded and led thefirm’s e-Discovery and Compliance Department. Mr. Barnett co-authored and edited the Sedona Conference Principles on Electronic DocumentProduction. He served on the Board of Editors of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model(EDRM) Project and is also a board member of the Georgetown University Law Center Advanced e-Discovery Institute. Mr. Barnett is a 2006 recipient of the Burton Award for Legal Achievement. He graduated from Cornell Law School where he served on the Board of Editors of the Cornell Law Review.

Walk to the security desk and tell them you are here for a the Cloud Security Alliance meeting at Cornerstone onDemand. Please bring a picture ID with you.
