A sound bath is an immersive meditative experience with resonant music filling the body, soothing the nervous system, using sound to relax, restore, and heal the body.
This ancient practice works by stimulating certain areas of the brain with unique frequencies, in this special evening of sound healing and relaxation.
The beautiful symphonic vibration of the crystal singing bowls will bring you deep relaxation and help restore balance in your body and mind.
Tranquil sounds and guided meditation will further facilitate the healing process, providing an opportunity to reconnect with your inner self, reduce stress, create harmony in your life, and align the chakras.
Let the soothing sound of our sacred instruments bring you peace and joy.
Join us for a truly remarkable experience!
Students can bring a yoga mat to relax or we can provide them.
