What we're about

Join this Meetup to find other LEAN learners and doers in the 536,000 person Jackson Metro. Learn how they are using visual management, identifying waste, and identifying customer value. Crossing silos is extremely valuable in your LEAN journey.

LEAN is way of thinking focused on creating customer value and eliminating waste in business. It is commonly recognized by a set of tools to identify customer value and waste and is applicable across all industries and employees operating at any level. LEAN has traditionally been seen as highly valuable for manufacturing and healthcare, but excitingly, LEAN is spreading beyond these two industries.

Meetup format is a 20 minute speaker with 10 minutes of Q&A with thirty minutes of networking before and after.

Drinks provided. You bring great ideas, a willingness to question the status quo in search of value, and your business cards.
